Description: Provided boundary and topographic surveys, and site design related the dual tower, 400- unit, condominium development on a 13.75 acre site. The site is bounded on the north by Cotton Bayou and the Gulf of Mexico on the south, which required considerable balancing of environmental and regulatory requirements. In addition to all site utilities, Krebs designed a stormwater management system which required creative placement of storage and infiltration beds between the parking deck and foundation pile caps and appropriate allowance for shallow groundwater table elevations due to tidal influences. Treatment in accordance with ADEM regulations of excess stormwater was also provided for flows which are released to the Gulf of Mexico. Krebs responsibilities also included assistance with all site related permitting issues.
